EN 1090-2 is the European harmonized standard for steel structure design, manufacturing, and installation. EXC 3 is the higher tier of the four execution classes<\/strong> \u2014 covering structures whose failure could have serious consequences: major bridges, large industrial buildings, high-rises, energy facilities, and critical infrastructure.
