The project comprised 25 tonnes of structural steel, compliant with EN 1090 execution class EXC2.<\/p>\n<h2>Project Details<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> Staffanstorp, Rootsi<\/li>\n<li><strong>Client:<\/strong> Valtria Sweden AB<\/li>\n<li><strong>Steel structure weight:<\/strong> 25 t<\/li>\n<li><strong>Execution class:<\/strong> EN 1090 EXC2<\/li>\n<li><strong>Surface treatment:<\/strong> C3M<\/li>\n<li><strong>Year:<\/strong> 2025<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Scope of Work<\/h2>\n<p>Our scope included the fabrication and delivery of the steel structures to site, supplied with a full EN 1090 EXC2 documentation package (material certificates, welding procedure specifications and quality control protocols).<\/p>\n<p>Surface treatment included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Abrasive blasting to Sa 2.5<\/li>\n<li>Epoxy primer for corrosion protection<\/li>\n<li>Top coat to the client specification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Project Details<\/h2>\n<p>The structures are made of S355 structural steel. Welding was carried out by certified welders to EN ISO 3834-2 and the structures are CE-marked to EN 1090-1, execution class EXC2.
