Certificates covering fabrication<\/h2>\n

EN 1090-2:2018+A1:2024, execution class up to EXC 3.<\/strong> Certificate holder ISM O\u00dc, issued by T\u00dcV Eesti O\u00dc (notified body 1526), certificate no. 1526-CPR-1090-1.0122.T\u00dcVEESTI.2025.000, valid until 27.10.2028. EXC 3 covers structures whose failure has significant consequences \u2014 large industrial buildings, high-rise buildings, energy facilities.<\/p>\n

EN ISO 3834-2:2021<\/strong> \u2014 comprehensive quality requirements for welding. Process 135 (MAG), material groups 1.1, 1.2, 1.4 and 3.2. Welding engineer Pavel Kopanev, IWE.<\/p>\n

EN ISO 9001:2015<\/strong> \u2014 Steel Element O\u00dc, T\u00dcV NORD CERT GmbH, certificate no. 44 100 222713, valid until 08.01.2029.<\/p>\n

EPD<\/strong> \u2014 environmental product declaration, increasingly requested in public procurement and on LEED\/BREEAM projects.<\/p>\n

Surface treatment<\/h2>\n

A blasting and paint chamber of 5 \u00d7 15 \u00d7 4 m allows whole elements to be treated without cutting them into sections. Surface preparation Sa 2,5 or Sa 3<\/strong> to EN ISO 8501-1, coatings up to corrosivity category C5<\/strong> to EN ISO 12944.<\/p>\n

In practice this means a project requiring C3M or C4 needs no subcontracting \u2014 the whole cycle stays in one chain under one responsibility.<\/p>\n
