Steel Element OÜ is a leading steel fabrication company in Tallinn, Estonia, established in 2018. We started with a capacity of 50 tonnes of structural steel per month and have grown to process 300 tonnes per month, serving clients in the Agricultural, Commercial, Education, Gas and Oil, Health, Industrial and Power sectors. With 35 experienced staff and a dedicated technical team, Steel Element works with global construction companies and holds international ISO certificates. Our steel structure production facility in Tallinn covers 2500 m² of modern production space. Three overhead cranes (lifting capacity 10 t, hook height 7 m) enable production of individual structural elements weighing up to 20 tonnes.

• 25 welding machines — MIG/MAG, TIG, MMA, including stainless steel (AISI) welding
• 10 certified welders in accordance with EN ISO 9606-1
• 2 band saws with cross-section capacity up to 700 mm
• Manual plasma and gas cutting
• Edge bending and chamfering equipment
• Shot-blasting and painting chamber 5 × 15 m, height 4 m — surface preparation Sa 2.5 / Sa 3, anti-corrosion coatings up to C5

Production capacity reaches up to 300 tonnes of steel structures per month. Our team of 35 — designers, certified welders, installers and quality control specialists — ensures every project is delivered professionally and on time. We offer installation services across Europe — including Estonia, Scandinavia and beyond. Since our founding in 2018, we have completed over 600 projects of varying scale and complexity. In addition to production certifications, Steel Element has developed an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), demonstrating the environmental sustainability of our products throughout their full lifecycle.
