We erect steel frames for industrial, commercial and warehouse buildings. Installation is carried out by our own crews — the same people who make up our 35-strong team.

Why this matters

When one company fabricates the structure and another installs it, a line of responsibility appears. A dimension does not match — and the argument about whose fault it is begins. In our case there is no such line: fabrication and erection are one chain and one responsibility.

The practical result: no adjustment on site. Parts arrive at the correct dimension and go together without cutting or re-welding.

What erection includes

• Erection of the load-bearing steel frame — columns, beams, trusses, bracing
• Lifting plan and arrangement of cranes on site
• Tightening and inspection of bolted connections
• On-site welding by certified welders
• Surveying and geodetic control
• Post-installation documentation and handover

Cranes are hired for each project individually, based on the weight and reach of the elements — so the client does not pay for equipment the project does not need.

The execution class applies to erection as well

EN 1090-2 does not stop at the factory gate. Execution class up to EXC 3 also covers installation: dimensional tolerances, bolt tightening torque, requirements for on-site welding and the extent of inspection are all defined by the class.

So if the project specifies EXC 3, the erection must meet EXC 3 requirements too — and we hold a certificate for that, not just a promise.
