Where we work and how we respond
Service area: Steel Element OÜ delivers steel structure projects across Estonia — Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu, Narva and smaller towns and rural municipalities. We also work regularly abroad, primarily in Scandinavia and the Baltic states, partnering with major international construction companies.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00. We typically respond to email within the same business day.
Quote response: We send the initial offer within 1–3 business days after receiving your inquiry. For large projects, the detailed offer may take up to 5 business days — including pre-calculation, material selection, and lead-time analysis.
Consultation: The first consultation is free. If you are planning a steel structure project — industrial building, warehouse, bridge, mechanical platform, or anything else — contact us even before drawings are ready. We provide recommendations on materials and solutions that help optimize the budget from the very start.
