Fabrication and delivery to site of the load-bearing steel structures for a commercial building in Viimsi, Toome street. The project involved the complete fabrication of the steel framework in accordance with EN 1090 EXC2 requirements and its delivery to site.

Scope of Work

We fabricated the load-bearing steel structures for the commercial building in accordance with EN 1090 EXC2 requirements, with a full documentation package and certified welders. The finished structures were delivered to site.

Surface treatment was carried out with corrosion protection coating C3M in accordance with EN ISO 12944.

Technical Solution

All structures were designed and produced at Steel Element OÜ’s certified production facility in accordance with EN 1090 requirements, ensuring dimensional accuracy and high-quality surface treatment.
