Fabrication, delivery and installation of the load-bearing steel structures for a commercial building in Peetri, Rae municipality, Tuleviku street. The project involved the complete fabrication of the steel framework in accordance with EN 1090 EXC2 requirements, delivery to site and installation.

Scope of Work

We fabricated, delivered and installed the load-bearing steel structures for the commercial building in accordance with EN 1090 EXC2 requirements, with a full documentation package and certified welders.

Surface treatment was carried out in a combined system: fire protection coating R30 for load-bearing structures and corrosion protection coating C3M in accordance with EN ISO 12944.

Technical Solution

All structures were designed and produced at Steel Element OÜ’s certified production facility in accordance with EN 1090 requirements, ensuring dimensional accuracy, high-quality surface treatment and smooth installation on site.
