Project Overview

Fabrication, delivery and erection of the load-bearing steel structures for the Nerostein IV production building extension in Vatsla village, Saue municipality, Harju County. The project covered a 120-tonne steel frame manufactured to EN 1090 EXC2 requirements, delivery to site and installation.

Scope of Work

We fabricated, delivered and erected the load-bearing steel structures of the production building extension to EN 1090 EXC2 requirements, with a full documentation package and certified welders.

Surface treatment was carried out in the C3M corrosion protection system in accordance with EN ISO 12944.

Technical Solution

Erection was completed to an exceptionally tight schedule, driven by the client’s production cycle. Several connections required non-standard structural solutions developed specifically for the conditions of extending the existing building. All structures were manufactured at Steel Element OÜ’s certified production facility to EN 1090 requirements, ensuring dimensional accuracy and smooth on-site installation.
