Project Overview

Fabrication, delivery and erection of the load-bearing steel structures for a business building in Peetri, Rae municipality, Harju County. The project covered a 92-tonne steel frame manufactured to EN 1090 EXC2 requirements, delivery to site and installation.

Scope of Work

We fabricated, delivered and erected the load-bearing steel structures of the business building to EN 1090 EXC2 requirements, with a full documentation package and certified welders.

Surface treatment was carried out as a combined system: R30 intumescent fire protection on the load-bearing structures and a C2M corrosion protection coating in accordance with EN ISO 12944.

Technical Solution

The project ran to a compressed schedule — both fabrication and erection were driven by the client’s construction programme. All structures were manufactured at Steel Element OÜ’s certified production facility to EN 1090 requirements, ensuring dimensional accuracy and smooth on-site installation.
