Project Overview

Manufacture and installation of load-bearing steel structures for the reconstruction of a historic apartment building in the heart of Tallinn. The object is located at one of Tallinn’s most prestigious addresses – Teatri väljak, right next to the Estonia Theatre.

Scope of Work

We manufactured and installed the building’s load-bearing steel structures in accordance with EN 1090 EXC2 requirements, with a full documentation package and certified welders.

Surface treatment consisted of an 80 μm epoxy primer in accordance with the EN ISO 12944 standard, ensuring long-term corrosion resistance of the structures.

Technical Solution

The reconstruction carried out in a complex urban environment required precise logistics planning and close cooperation with the main contractor. Detailed assembly drawings were prepared before production to ensure precise and safe installation.
