Manufacture and installation of load-bearing steel structures for a commercial building in Tallinn, Sepise street. The NOBE OÜ commercial building is a modern multi-storey structure whose steel structures we manufactured and installed in full.

Scope of Work

We manufactured and installed the commercial building’s load-bearing steel structures in accordance with EN 1090 EXC2 requirements, with a full documentation package and certified welders.

Surface treatment was carried out in a combined system: fire protection coating R60 for load-bearing structures and corrosion protection coatings in accordance with EN ISO 12944 – C3 for interior structures and C3H for elements exposed to the external environment.

Technical Solution

Combining different surface treatment systems – R60 fire protection, C3/C3H corrosion protection – required careful planning and coordination. All structures were produced at Steel Element OÜ’s certified production facility in accordance with EN 1090 requirements.
