Manufacture and installation of load-bearing steel structures for the extension of an industrial building in Saue, Tule street. The expansion of the Sami AS production complex involved the complete fabrication and installation of a steel framework matching the existing building’s structure.

Scope of Work

We manufactured and installed the load-bearing steel structures for the building extension in accordance with EN 1090 EXC2 requirements, with a full documentation package and certified welders.

Surface treatment was carried out in a combined system: fire protection coating R30 for load-bearing structures and corrosion protection coating C3M in accordance with EN ISO 12944.

Technical Solution

Connecting the extension to the existing building required careful design and precise fabrication. All structures were produced at Steel Element OÜ’s certified production facility in accordance with EN 1090 requirements.
