Manufacture and installation of load-bearing steel structures for an industrial building in Tallinn, on Peterburi tee. The Esvika Elekter OÜ production complex is a modern industrial building whose steel structures we manufactured and installed in full.

Scope of Work

We manufactured and installed the industrial building’s load-bearing steel structures in accordance with EN 1090 EXC2 requirements, with a full documentation package and certified welders.

Surface treatment was carried out in two different systems: fire protection coating R30 for load-bearing structures and corrosion protection coatings in accordance with EN ISO 12944 – C2M for interior structures and C3H for elements exposed to the external environment.

Technical Solution

Combining different surface treatment systems – fire protection and corrosion protection – required careful planning and coordination. All structures were produced at Steel Element OÜ’s certified production facility in accordance with EN 1090 requirements.
