Scope of Work

We manufactured the villa’s steel structures in accordance with EN 1090 EXC2 requirements, with a full documentation package and certified welders. All elements were delivered to the site by the agreed deadline.

Hot-dip galvanizing (HZN) was used as the surface treatment, providing long-term corrosion resistance in the Mediterranean coastal climate.

Technical Solution

International transport to France and precise dimensional control required careful planning. All structures were manufactured at Steel Element OÜ’s certified production facility in accordance with EN 1090 requirements.
