Steel Element OÜ designed, fabricated and delivered the complete steel frame for the Lidl store at Riia mnt 106, Pärnu, Estonia. The project comprised 70 tonnes of structural steel, compliant with EN 1090 execution class EXC2.

Scope of Work

Our scope included the complete fabrication, surface treatment and delivery of the steel frame to site, supplied with a full EN 1090 EXC2 documentation package (material certificates, welding procedure specifications and quality control protocols).

Technical Details

The frame is made of S355 structural steel. Welding was carried out by certified welders to EN ISO 3834-2 and the structure is CE-marked to EN 1090-1, execution class EXC2. Surface treatment: fire protection R30 + C3M.
